Brightleaf Outings

Services for your group outing

Brightleaf can accompany your outing in New England, providing interpretive services. Groups can be up to ten people. Outings typically run between one and three hours, but the duration is up to you. For groups of six or fewer, we can provide refreshments such as hot cocoa and cookies at the midpoint or end of the outing.

Brightleaf Explor-ations

Brightleaf periodically organizes outings which any individual may attend. These are held in various locations near or in Harvard, Massachusetts, or in the Quabbin Reservoir watershed. Some outings are offered through other organizations, such as Harvard Adult Education. Please e-mail us for information on upcoming explorations.

Please Note

Children are welcome, but our outings are taught at an adult level. For the sake of the group and individual welfare, each minor must be accompanied by one or more adults who accept responsibility for that minor's safety and discipline.

Track and sign outings often go off-trail, where walking conditions can be hazardous. Participants sign statements that they are in good physical condition, acknowledge the potential risks of trail and off-trail walking, and willingly take those risks upon themselves.
