That is, in our opinion, overstating it.  But the theme is one we do agree with: technology is changing the practice of law and causing upheaval within the legal industry.  There’s an excellent book entitled “Tomorrow’s Lawyers” by Richard Susskind that argues technology, along with client demands for efficiency and lower legal spend, plus changes in what constitutes practicing law and who can practice it are three unchangeable forces shaping the industry.
